Free Printable Bridal Shower Checklist

9.7.2024

Feeling overwhelmed planning a Bridal Shower? I created this Bridal Shower Checklist to stay organized and keep you on your game. I had so much fun creating this printable for all you bride to be’s and bride squad! This Bridal Shower Checklist includes one of my signature illustrated girls designed in watercolor. You can pick your hair color and skin tone to create in the essence of the bride!

Along with the checklist I have made a few tips for you.

Three months out or earlier:

Decide who is hosting. Traditionally the Maid of Honor plans the Bridal Shower but it can be anyone else in the bridal party or any family members or friends.

Establish a budget. Planning a bridal shower can add up quickly with all the food, drinks, decor and extras. Having a budget you can refer to throughout the planning process will help.

Pick a theme. My favorite part! The theme will bring everything together to create an atmosphere. From Breakfast at Tiffany’s to a Boho theme. Find a theme that compliments the bride based on her interest and hobbies.

Set a date and choose a venue. Setting a date can get a little tricky. Ask the guest of honor her schedule and check with the VIP’s.

Create the Guest List. A Guest list includes the Bridal Party, close friends and family. Depending on the size of the venue. And note for etiquette that whoever is invited to the Bridal Shower is also invited to the wedding.

Order your invitations. Try to give your guest as much notice. Make sure to include the theme if there is one, registries, RSVP’s and other details. I have tons of fun designs to go with all kinds of themes and really capture the bride-to-be with hair color and skin tone. I have several I can design and print for you, check them out here. Or you can edit and print your own with all these fun templates here.

Start looking for vendors for your Bridal Shower.

Two Months Out:

Compile a list of addresses.

Mail out invitations. If you chose one of mine I would love to see! Tag me @laceeswan on Instagram!

Make a details to-do list and assign tasks. Decide who is responsible for obtaining what supplies, setting up, organizing games, recording gifts, putting together favors etc.

Pick a menu and book catering.

One Month Out:

Finalize decor, games, activities, etc. Who doesn’t love a brainstorm session of all the possibilities. Get the gang together and finalize the signage, table decor, flowers, menu, drinks, activities, games and prizes. I have some fun Bridal Shower Games here the you can customize yourself!

Party favors.

Create a Playlist: Music will add those special vibes to the Bridal Shower!

Buy your shower gift. Yes the planner has to get one too! Pick something from the Bride-to-be’s registry or something personal to your friendship with the bride.

Free Printable Fashion Weekly Planner | Lacee Swan

A well planned week is a productive week. With a busy schedule, it can be difficult to make time to plan effectively. But there are simple steps that you can take to make sure you stay on track. I love using my Weekly Planner to plan my week. By using this Weekly Planner you can plan your week with ease and style. This fashionable planner will help plan your week effectively and keep your schedule organized. Get ready to make the most of your time and say goodbye to feeling overwhelmed.

I wanted to share a few tips with you how I plan my week. I like to start by making a major list of everything I need to do. Also known as a brain dump or master list. This gets everything out of my head and then I have a running list to refer back to.

2. Then I write down 6-8 things/projects from my list that I want to focus on that week on the bottom of my weekly planner in the notes section. I prioritize what is most urgent and what will move me closer to my goals.

3. I like to write my to-do list for the next day the night before. I keep it to about six things (this can be hard). This way I will be less overwhelmed and if I finish I can always keep going on with my to-dos.

The Weekly Planner is also great for blocking your week out, meal planning, exercise plans and more!  Not only will you be more organized but your desk space will be much cuter! I created this illustration in my watercolor signature style and also made it so you can print it in your hair color + skin tone, how cute is that! Just add in your information below and I will send you this adorable printable Weekly Planner. And then your well on your way to plan your week in style!
