Fave Looks: Cult Gaia

I’ve been trying to wear my hair more natural these days. Like with no bows, tiaras, flowers, poofy things….but it’s more natural for me to go this way.  And so with Jasmin Larian’s line Cult Gaia, well that’s enough for me to go back to my roots, and wear such adorable things on my head! I’d wear any of these turbands (turban headbands) and sweet floral crowns.  Wearing these ceremonial like headpieces just about anywhere, kind of states you as a “free-spirit” type.  That about sums me up, so go figure why I am so drawn to wearing these adorned crowns!!

Hi all! Getting ready for a pastel filled holiday weekend! It seems so appropriate this time around! I have always been a fan of pastels, it’s about time the rest of the world caught on! tee hee <3  Hosting an Easter Brunch this Sunday (this will be my 4th, 5th?) attempting to make a ham for the first time!  Also these marshmallows from Martha Stewart, in pastel colors though, duh…pictures to come of course.  Here is the outfit I so wish was hanging in my closet this weekend, because that is definitely what I would be wearing!!

When I saw this cute little pose by Blair from Atlantic-Pacific….it was screaming… draw me! draw me! So here we are the latest addition of Fan Club! I love Blair’s use of color and her Jewelry collection is pretty outlandish too!  She has a way of being lady-like + playful…with just a dash of funkiness that keeps it interesting. I love it!

Hi there! What a week it has been! I don’t know about you but trying to stay healthy with this lil flu bug going around and keeping up with deadlines has me whiped out! I have a few projects under my belt so I have been sketching like crazy. I am also in the process of updating my website, I can’t wait to share! Lot’s of great things happening….so stay tuned! Animal + Neon + Pastel.

Animal, neon, and pastel seems to be all the rage these days. Almost all of these have been sitting in my closet for a few years now, have always been a fan!  Was almost thinking of retiring them, but I guess not! Can we talk about the gorgeous day we had yesterday, and now this gloomy loomy that is happening?? Oh well, at least I made the most of it, ventured out with my sketchbook and had some fun in the sun!
